- A custom return address is not possible as courier companies do not entertain this option.
- In case of placing the order and pin code turning to unserviceable, Trend24 has no responsibility for return to origin (RTO). There are no refunds entertained accordingly.

- Refunds: Refunds are only issued in cases of defective products or errors on our part. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with video proof, if you encounter any issues.
How to Re-Ship Returned Orders
