  • A custom return address is not possible as courier companies do not entertain this option.
  • In case of placing the order and pin code turning to unserviceable, Trend24 has no responsibility for return to origin (RTO). There are no refunds entertained accordingly.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Return Policy - Since the products are customized products, returns are not taken unless there is an issue in manufacturing or fulfillment.
  • Order Cancellations: Once an order is processed, No cancellation/refunds provided. We may cancel orders at our discretion for reasons such as payment failure, violation of these Terms, or suspected fraud.​ Contact us promptly for assistance.
  • Refunds: Refunds are only issued in cases of defective products or errors on our part. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with video proof, if you encounter any issues.

How to Re-Ship Returned Orders

  • Customer Responsibility: Clients are responsible for re-shipping their returned orders.
  • Delivery Charges: All delivery charges of re-shipping must be borne by the client.
  • Process: Make sure that the product is packaged properly and shipped to the given address by our support team.

How long does it take to refund the payment for a cancelled order?
